Cessna 182 Skylane…$140/hr (plus tax)

Cessna 182 Skylane (4 Seats)…Currently in the shop for new glass and paint!!!

N42855 is Rose’s heavy hauler.  The Cessna Skylane can handle full fuel, four full-sized adults, and plenty of baggage.  A true high-performance aircraft, just push the throttle forward and experience power.  With the STOL (short take-off and landing) kit, this plane gets off the ground quickly and has the luxury of lower landing speeds.  The skylane is a great plane for those shorter grass runways.  “855” sports dual NAV/COM radios with course deviation indicators and a Stormscope.  A Garmin 340 audio panel with music input, Garmin 530 moving map NAV/COM/GPS with TAWS, Garmin 106A CDI, Garmin 396 moving map GPS, Garmin 327 transponder, and EDM700 graphic engine monitor with fuel flow have just been installed.  Eligible for Private, Instrument, High Performance, and CFII training.

For rental, insurance requires a Private Pilot license, 100 hours total time Pilot in Command and 10 hours make and model (or minimum 1 hour make and model dual in lieu of 10 hours make and model), CFI checkout, and recurrent annual Flight Review.  If a pilot does not meet the above requirements, a minimum 10 hours dual, a High Performance Endorsement, and recurrent annual Flight Review will suffice.

Block Time (10 hours) $1300
Rose wants to reduce rates even further for her Annual and Monthly members! This is the opportunity to get in the pilot’s seat even more and save some bank. Commit to 10 hours of flying in 30 days and save $100! The biggest bargain but you must pay before the calendar and clock starts ticking. Sorry, not eligible for students.

Note: All single engine aircraft rental rates are based on tach time, not hobbs time. This means even more flying time for your hard earned money!
